Privacy

This policy covers the MAGE (My AI Growth Engineer) web app at https://myaigrowtheng.appwrite.network. It is written for people and for agents. Last updated 23 August 2026.

What we collect

• Account. Email, name, and a password hash. Auth is Appwrite email/password. Sessions are httpOnly cookies. Reloading the app should not log you out.
• Organisation. The organisation name and your membership on the Appwrite team for that org. Specs belong to the org, not to a shared public pool.
• Screenshots and aims. When you generate a spec you upload a screenshot of a UI and a one-sentence aim. Those files exist so the model can write the ticket. Treat them as customer data. Do not upload secrets, credentials, or images of other people that you do not have a right to process.
• Usage. Which plan you are on and how many specs you have generated, so overage billing can work.

We do not sell your data. We do not run a third-party advertising pixel on this product for retargeting.

Why we hold it

To create your account, keep you signed in, generate experiment specs, bill the plan you chose, and let you delete the account. That is the lot.

How long

Account data lasts until you delete the account at Account. If you are the last member of an organisation, deleting the account also deletes that organisation. Generated specs are removed with the org.

Your rights (UK / GDPR)

You can access, correct, or erase the personal data we hold. Account deletion in the product is the erasure path. You can also email hello@myaigrowtheng.com or write via Contact.

Processors

Hosting and auth run on Appwrite. Model inference for spec generation is performed by the providers configured for the product. We do not train a public model on your screenshots.

Cookies

The session cookie is required to stay signed in. There is no separate marketing cookie wall on the public pages.

If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
