Terms
Terms of use
The rules for using MAGE: accounts, specs, API access, and English law.
Version 1.0. Last revised 24 August 2026.
The website and web app at https://myaigrowtheng.com (the "Service") are operated by Kameron Tanseli trading as MAGE (My AI Growth Engineer) ("MAGE," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to the Service, including the public site, signed-in organisation app, REST API, and MCP endpoint.
By accessing or using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent, and you confirm you have authority to do so. You must be at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts
1.1 Creating an account. Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. Sign-up creates an organisation you own. You can delete your account at Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts as described in section 8.
1.2 Account security. You are responsible for keeping login credentials and API keys confidential and for activity under your account and organisation. Notify us at hello@myaigrowtheng.com if you believe the account was accessed without authorisation. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
1.3 Organisations. Specs, screenshots, API keys, and the Grok connection belong to the organisation, not a public pool. Owners can invite the features the product actually exposes (today: generate, specs, settings, API keys, Grok connect). You must only add people who are allowed to see that organisation's screenshots and specs.
2. Access to the Service
2.1 Licence. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes — including generating experiment specifications for products you have the right to test, and calling the REST API or MCP with a valid organisation API key on a paid plan.
2.2 Restrictions. You may not: (i) sell, rent, or commercially resell the Service itself (using specs internally or with your employer/client is allowed); (ii) reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law; (iii) access the Service in order to build a competing screenshot-to-spec product; (iv) scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or bypass plan limits, paywalls, or authentication; (v) upload malware, or content you do not have the right to use; (vi) use the Service to generate specifications whose purpose is unlawful discrimination, fraud, or other illegal activity. Public documentation, llms.txt, and OpenAPI are there to be read. Authenticated API/MCP use with a key is permitted.
2.3 Changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We are not liable for that. Paid-plan entitlements are described on the site; we may change plans with notice for material reductions.
2.4 Support. We have no obligation to provide support beyond what the site describes. Contact is email and public DMs — no phone queue.
2.5 Ownership of the Service. The Service, brand, and our underlying models/prompts remain ours or our licensors'. These Terms do not transfer those rights except for the licence in 2.1.
2.6 Your content. You retain whatever rights you have in screenshots, aims, and other materials you upload ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide licence to host, copy, process, and display Customer Content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to xAI for generation). You represent you have the rights needed to upload it.
2.7 Outputs. Subject to xAI's and any other model provider's terms that apply to the generation, we assign to you (or your organisation) the specification text and treatment mockups we return for your organisation ("Outputs"). You may use Outputs in your work. We may retain copies until you delete the spec or organisation, as needed to provide the Service. Outputs are suggestions, not legal, medical, or financial advice, and they are not a guarantee the experiment will win.
2.8 Feedback. If you send suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use that feedback without attribution. Do not send feedback you consider confidential.
3. Privacy and cookies
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. If there is a conflict about personal data, the Privacy policy controls.
The Service uses cookies and similar storage as described in the Cookie notice. Strictly necessary cookies (session, Grok device) are required for signed-in features. Preference cookies are optional and only set after you Accept.
4. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MAGE and Kameron Tanseli against claims and reasonable legal costs arising from (i) your Customer Content, (ii) your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of law. We may take over defence of a claim; you will cooperate. You will not settle a claim that admits fault on our part without our written consent.
5. Third-party services
The Service depends on Appwrite (hosting and auth) and xAI / Grok (generation). It may link to other sites. We do not control third-party services. Their terms and privacy notices apply to your use of them. Connecting Grok is optional in the UI but required for generation on paid plans.
There is no public social graph of other MAGE users. Organisation members can see that organisation's specs.
To the extent the law allows, you release us from claims arising out of third-party services. UK consumers do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR OUTPUTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT A GIVEN EXPERIMENT WILL WIN.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that English law does not allow to be excluded. If you are a UK consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF £100 AND THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under English law, or to your obligation to pay fees you owe.
8. Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate access, including deleting an account, if you materially breach these Terms, we are required to by law, or we shut down the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections 2.5–2.8 and 3–11 survive termination. Customer Content and Outputs are deleted as described in the Privacy policy.
9. Consumer and other notices
If you are a UK consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer law.
If you are a California resident, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services, California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 N. Market Blvd, Suite N-112, Sacramento, CA 95834, (800) 952-5210. The provider of the Service is Kameron Tanseli trading as MAGE, London, United Kingdom, hello@myaigrowtheng.com. Privacy rights are described in the Privacy policy.
10. General
Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after that date is acceptance, except where the law requires more.
Governing law. These Terms and any dispute about them or the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that UK consumers may also bring claims in their local courts.
Export. You will not use the Service in violation of applicable export or sanctions laws.
Electronic communications. You agree we may contact you electronically (email or notices in the product) about the account and these Terms.
Accessibility. We aim to make the Service usable. If something is in the way, email hello@myaigrowtheng.com.
Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy policy, and the Cookie notice are the agreement for use of the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent needed; the rest remains. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. "Including" means "including without limitation." You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a sale of the business.
Copyright. © 2026 MAGE. MAGE and My AI Growth Engineer are used as product names of Kameron Tanseli. Third-party marks (Appwrite, xAI, Grok, FLORA, Fyxer, numan, and others) belong to their owners.
11. Disputes
Before filing a claim, email hello@myaigrowtheng.com with a short description of the issue and allow 30 days to try to resolve it. If that fails, either party may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales (or, for UK consumers, in a court the law allows).
We do not require binding arbitration or a class-action waiver as a condition of using the Service.
